Self, Vision and organisation is a matter of hard work and realisation. To improve, move forward and achieve goals; it is essential to leave the picture that we are in and observe it from an outside perspective. With Esra Doyuk’s future design program I practiced and observed my business position and needs with less biased terms, effective and more simplified points. Some of the questions we asked during our sessions were: ‘What drives you? What lies behind certain actions you take or hesitate to try? What are you habits?’ If you know your repetitive patterns including the people who surrounds you in your work and home life, you can build more healthy bonds and take better actions. Literally everything starts with effective communication. If you want to widen your horizon and reach beyond your limits, Esra Doyuk is the coach you would consider to work with.
