On my way to my first coaching experience, I thought the coach would give me ideas on what I need help with. Contrary to what I thought, she did support me to determine the best strategy to reach my goals. Before I could ask any questions, she started asking me questions that reflected the issues just like a mirror and made me realise my own potential. I reached my goal step by step by looking through different perspectives. The point at which I reached at the end of coaching was well above my expectation. I do believe that coaching is very effective for change and self-development. I have re-discovered myself with the magic touch of Mrs. Esra Doyuk. I have quite changed and I am enjoying it.
